Dr. Darius Sair is an accomplished dental surgeon with over 25 years of clinical experience. After graduating from the world-renowned Karolinska Institute in 1998, he became a principal dentist in 2000 and has since dedicated his career to delivering high-quality, patient-focused dentistry. At Market Street Dental Practice, Dr. Sair leads a modern, state-of-the-art mixed/private clinic known for its friendly environment, advanced technology, and commitment to excellence.

Dr Reza Aria

Dr Reza Aria is a highly experienced dental clinician with over two decades of clinical practice, specialising in minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry and advanced clear aligner orthodontics.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry and has completed a 1.5-year Postgraduate Diploma in Clear Aligner Therapy in London under the mentorship of internationally renowned educator Dr Raman Aulakh. His academic foundation was established at Malmö/Lund University in Sweden, where he graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr Aria has practiced extensively across Hertfordshire and London since 2002, delivering bespoke dental care to a discerning private patient base. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail, ethical philosophy, and commitment to achieving refined, natural-looking results.
His approach is centred on precision, time, and personalised care — ensuring each patient receives a considered treatment plan tailored to both function and aesthetics. Dr Aria believes exceptional dentistry lies in subtlety, balance, and excellence without compromise.
Beyond the clinic, he maintains a disciplined lifestyle, attending the gym regularly and enjoying tennis — reflecting the same focus and consistency that defines his clinical work.

Dr Ali Al-Bakri

Dr Ali is an enthusiastic dentist with holistic clinical and public health background, excellent clinical ability and an ongoing interest in learning and developing. His aim is to work with our staff members to deliver the best ethical care for his patients. He enjoys all aspects of clinical dentistry, especially oral surgery and restorative dentistry.
He attends dental courses regularly to implement the latest evidence-based knowledge in his day-to-day clinics. He has recently joined the prestigious Cephtactic orthodontic course to offer more treatment options and uses orthodontic treatment in combination with restorative treatment to achieve the best treatment for his patients.
Dr Al-Bakri has two Bachelor’s dental degrees from Baghdad University, Iraq in 2007 and Peninsula Dental School, UK in 2016. He also accomplished a Masters degree in Dental Public health from Queen Mary University of London, and a Diploma in Dental Public Health from the Royal College of Surgeon in London. He published his work in well-known peer-reviewed scientific journals and presented his work at global scientific conferences.
His degree in Dental Public Health broadened his horizons and made him look at an upstream model of the population as well as the patients individually. It grew his interest in prevention and oral health promotion. He makes oral health promotional videos in Arabic and English on his Instagram page Upstream_dentist to spread knowledge and make an impact in people’s lives.
Outside dentistry, he is a father of three daughters. He enjoys listening to audiobooks, playing football and going to the gym regularly.
Dr Mustafa El-Hayani

Dr. Mustafa El-Hayani graduated with honors from the University of Debrecen, Hungary in 2018.
Since then, he has participated in many courses as well as completing his MJDF Diploma at the Royal College of Surgeons.
Mustafa has developed his skills in private dentistry back in Wales for 2 years and has now completed his Implant Diplomas at the accredited BAIRD Academy in Leeds. He has continued his professional development with many posts’ graduate courses in the UK and has a special interest in dental surgical procedures.
He views dentistry as an art that allows him to find creativity and calmness in his work, which extends to his patients.
Outside dentistry, Mustafa enjoys going to the gym and reading.

I qualified as a Dentist in India in 2014 and have over eight years of experience in dentistry. I went on to complete a Master’s in Dental Public Health at the University of Sheffield in 2020, followed by a Master’s in Healthcare Leadership from BPP University, London. In 2021, I became a registered Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist in the UK.
I am passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health through education, prevention, and personalised care. My aim is to make every appointment as comfortable and positive as possible, ensuring patients feel at ease, listened to, and supported throughout their treatment. I enjoy building lasting relationships with my patients and believe that empathy, trust, and clear communication are key to delivering exceptional care.
Outside the practice, I enjoy keeping active by going to the gym and exploring the outdoors on hiking adventures. I also love cooking and experimenting with new recipes for family and friends. When I’m not on the go, I’m equally happy spending a quiet day relaxing and recharging—because a little balance goes a long way!
