Dr. Darius Sair is an accomplished dental surgeon with over 25 years of clinical experience. After graduating from the world-renowned Karolinska Institute in 1998, he became a principal dentist in 2000 and has since dedicated his career to delivering high-quality, patient-focused dentistry. At Market Street Dental Practice, Dr. Sair leads a modern, state-of-the-art mixed/private clinic known for its friendly environment, advanced technology, and commitment to excellence.

Dr Reza Aria

Dr Aria is a highly experienced clinician with over 20 years in the field with special interest in minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry and teeth alignment with Invisalign.
He has completed his cosmetic and restorative Diploma with Dr Monik Vasant and is currently finalising his 1,5 a year-long Clear Aligner therapy diploma with worldwide known Dr Raman Aulakh in London.
Dr Aria has graduated from Malmo/Lund University in Sweden. He has worked as a general dental practitioner in different practices based in Hertfordshire and London for several years since 2002.
He has continued his professional development with many posts’ graduate courses in the UK and Overseas.
Dr Aria treats all his patients with empathy and care. He is very ethical and passionate when providing dental care to his patients. For him it is especially important to spend enough time for each patient to achieve an outstanding result which exceeds the patient’s expectations.
Outside of his work, he attends gym regularly and has a passion for playing tennis.
Dr Ali Al-Bakri

Dr Ali is an enthusiastic dentist with holistic clinical and public health background, excellent clinical ability and an ongoing interest in learning and developing. His aim is to work with our staff members to deliver the best ethical care for his patients. He enjoys all aspects of clinical dentistry, especially oral surgery and restorative dentistry.
He attends dental courses regularly to implement the latest evidence-based knowledge in his day-to-day clinics. He has recently joined the prestigious Cephtactic orthodontic course to offer more treatment options and uses orthodontic treatment in combination with restorative treatment to achieve the best treatment for his patients.
Dr Al-Bakri has two Bachelor’s dental degrees from Baghdad University, Iraq in 2007 and Peninsula Dental School, UK in 2016. He also accomplished a Masters degree in Dental Public health from Queen Mary University of London, and a Diploma in Dental Public Health from the Royal College of Surgeon in London. He published his work in well-known peer-reviewed scientific journals and presented his work at global scientific conferences.
His degree in Dental Public Health broadened his horizons and made him look at an upstream model of the population as well as the patients individually. It grew his interest in prevention and oral health promotion. He makes oral health promotional videos in Arabic and English on his Instagram page Upstream_dentist to spread knowledge and make an impact in people’s lives.
Outside dentistry, he is a father of three daughters. He enjoys listening to audiobooks, playing football and going to the gym regularly.
Dr Mustafa El-Hayani

Dr. Mustafa El-Hayani graduated with honors from the University of Debrecen, Hungary in 2018.
Since then, he has participated in many courses as well as completing his MJDF Diploma at the Royal College of Surgeons.
Mustafa has developed his skills in private dentistry back in Wales for 2 years and has now completed his Implant Diplomas at the accredited BAIRD Academy in Leeds. He has continued his professional development with many posts’ graduate courses in the UK and has a special interest in dental surgical procedures.
He views dentistry as an art that allows him to find creativity and calmness in his work, which extends to his patients.
Outside dentistry, Mustafa enjoys going to the gym and reading.

Dr. Meera Galaiya is a highly committed and ethical dentist with a strong focus on delivering personalised, high-quality care. She graduated from Bart’s and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2019, where she developed a foundation in minimally invasive, evidence-based dentistry. Driven by her passion for both precision and artistry, she has since completed postgraduate diplomas in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics, allowing her to offer advanced treatments that enhance both function and appearance.
Meera is deeply invested in understanding each patient’s needs, concerns, and long-term wellbeing. She believes that oral health plays an important role in overall health, confidence, and quality of life. Whether she is restoring a single tooth or transforming a smile, her approach prioritises comfort, clarity, and collaboration. She takes the time to explain treatment options in a way that is approachable and easy to understand, ensuring patients feel empowered and informed throughout their journey.
With a calm, gentle manner and meticulous clinical standards, Meera provides care that is both compassionate and comprehensive. Prior to this, I had done my Master’s in Dental Public Health from the University of Sheffield in 2020. I got registered as a Dental Hygienist/Therapist in 2021. I have been in dentistry for the last 8 years. I value and respect my work as a Hygienist with The key aim is to achieve optimal oral health among patients through education, oral disease prevention, and dental health promotion. I am always empathetic towards my patients and willing to help them in every aspect.
